Not all people like the spicy taste of ginger, garlic and scallions. But they are essential flavoring. Some people would like to add a little when cooking food fried or soup in order to make the most delicious dishes. However, people do not know that these three herbs can save people's lives if they are used in a scientific way. As a Chinese proverb says, making good use of them can reduce the risk of certain diseases by 50%.



In ancient times, people have begun to use ginger, garlic and shallots in care medicine. For example, Confucius had the habit of eating ginger every day to stay healthy. He once said that he could not live without ginger. But do not eat a lot each time. Perhaps, it was Ginger who helped Confucius live so long. 

Ginger is considered the aspirin in foods. Research has indicated that there is a particular substance, and the main ingredients of which are equal to those of aspirin. Therefore, ginger is similar to aspirin that is able to dilute the blood and pain care, such as toothache. Doctors advise people to put a piece of ginger on the painful when they have a toothache. In addition, ginger plays an important role in improving the immune system and aid digestion. The doctors also say that ginger has the function to prevent people from cold. During the first period of a cold, people can boil 30 grams of ginger with scallions and brown sugar to relieve the symptoms. 

Functions of garlic as a natural antibiotic. We all know that garlic is famous for its strong ability to sterilization. When the alliin particular enters the blood, it would have been converted into allicin, which can kill bacteria instantly. Therefore, people are advised to eat garlic at the turn of the seasons to prevent intestinal infectious diseases. Although garlic is good for your health, too much garlic can cause problems. When the garlic kills the pathogen in the intestines, it damages the beneficial bacteria at the same time. So, people are advised to eat no more than four petals of garlic at once. People should also eat something else before eating garlic. Those who get heart disease, gastritis and gastric ulcers are not allowed to eat at all. 

Shallot acts as a protector wonderful blood vessel. Shallot provides abundant proteins, fats, sugars and vitamins, such as vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin C. Minerals such as iron, calcium and magnesium can be easily found in shallot, too. All these substances are able to contain bacteria and epiphytes. This substance has a relaxing vascular function. Consequently, it can prevent hypertension. More importantly, it can decompose protein and reduce the cholesterol content in the blood.
