Home Remedies for Constipation


Many people who suffer from constipation invariably end up taking laxatives without Realizing how bad it can cause. The best way to treat constipation is to eat foods or using home remedies. That can induce bowel movements and to aid in cleansing the colon and digestive tract.



There are many home remedies for constipation that a person can use to ease the discomfort, and swelling are the following : 
  • Castor oil is a natural laxative. Taking a teaspoon of castor oil early in the morning helps bowel movements.
  • Drink a glass of warm water sweetened with a teaspoon of honey twice a day helps to relieve constipation. 
  • The orange juice mixed with olives and consumed twice a day helps to relieve constipation. Mix half a cup each of orange juice and olive oil. 
  • Aloe vera is known for many healing properties. A property is like treating constipation. Aloe vera juice can relieve constipation. Do you have any fruit juice in the morning and then again, in the evening to help loosen the bowels.
  • If you are looking for a natural colon cleanser and a laxative, then mix a teaspoon of corn syrup in a glass of water. 
  • You can also use peel phylum to facilitate constipation. The shell can be mixed with hot milk or water to treat constipation. 
  • Cranberry juice and prune juice not only work to help loosen the bowels, but also cleanse the colon. These juices should be consumed in the morning when breakfast.
